A three day workshop designed to create competence and confidence to engage and address workplace confidence.  Whether you are a manager, supervisor, or employee this training will provide you with the theories and skills necessary to become conflict competent.  This interactive and practice based workshop will provide participants with a number of techniques and practical skills for dealing with difficult people, having difficult conversations, and communicating effectively.  

The workshop:

Explores theory surrounding workplace conflict, conflict management styles, and patterns of conflict escalation

Identifies and explores typical difficult behaviours in the workplace

Extensively explores effective communication skills and provides opportunity for practice

Provides participants with a step-by-step process for having difficult conversations
